Husaini Idrisu: A Great Soldier of Christ

Baba Husainin Idrisu was known for his humility, integrity and commitment to the work of God. As president and founder of God’s Ministry of Reconciliation, he took the ministry of evangelism and soul-winning into global expansion. His leadership of the ministry was quite successful, yet without fanfare.

Baba’s mark of greatness was that he took his identity out of the business and corporate world of showbiz and let God and his ministerial works become a hero instead of himself.

He was a soldier per excellence, who fought gallantly to rescue souls from perishing. As a dynamic preacher, Husaini Idrisu repeatedly affirmed his mission of turning the strayed souls of the sons and daughters of god back to their Father – God.

As followers of Christ together, we are obligated to follow Baba’s footsteps to do more than he did, lifting Christ up instead of seeking honour for ourselves. Are you a minister of God? Are you given to the work of RECONCILIATION? Is your work related to setting captives free from the devil’s prisons? Then, we’re together!

HIMO is concerned with appreciating the good works and fatherly examples set up by Baba Husaini Idrisu so as to learn wisdom and pattern our activities just like his for greater achievements. His life was a challenge to those who claim to do God’s work but are disappointed when their contributions are unnoticed.

Friend, do you know that your highest privilege here on earth is to magnify the Lord? That’s what Baba Husaini Idrisu stood and fought for – giving his highest for God’s utmost. He understood that fact that honouring Christ is a mark of greatness – and he made no mistakes in doing just that.

Beloved, if Baba’s lifestyle really touched you and your personal ministry, let’s hear the testimony. Fill out the form below, drop a COMMENT and TELL SOMEONE special about this blog. You’ll truly be glad, you did!

NOTE: “A great Soldier of Christ is one who is small enough to let God be great in his life”.

  1. Good enough! When the great soldier passed on, I was not opportune to sign a condolence register, here I’m now. I really was impacted by his ministry.
